3. Once you identify new growth opportunities, then probably raising capital will be another big challenge to you. That is, you will have to raise significant amount of capital to finance the growth. What would you do to raise capital? Can you briefly describe what you will do in sequence?

4. Currently working as an employee of a company, do you think similar things you have described above could lead to the increased value of your company?
