I need to have a 6 page paper written by Saturday. It is a financial analysis of Costco. Here are the requirements. I have also attached another paper as an example.

The Term Paper should focus primarily on the financial analysis of the company you selected. Pay close attention to this aspect. Read the material on financial analysis in the textbook, google.com, library resources and the sample paper. Conduct financial analysis on five categories of ratios (two of each) for each of three years. Conduct trend analysis for each ratio and comparative analysis with industry or key competitor’s ratios for the last year in the three-year period. Show tables in a ratio, explain the results for trend and comparative analysis and use graphs.

Liquidity Ratios – Current Ratio & Quick Ratio

Asset Management Ratios – Total Asset Turnover & Inventory Turnover

Market Based Ratios – P/E & Market -to-Book ratio

*The paper should be 6-9 pages excluding Table of Contents, Appendix. Show Income & Balance Sheet in Appendix. Use sub-headings such as Introduction, Background, etc.

*Discuss beta of the stock and its significance and intrinsic value of the stock vs current market price. Show common size statement for Income Statement & Balance Sheet. Small size graphs so that they do not take up most of the paper.
