Encourage the heart through servant leadership

Reflection is an important practice for good leaders. In Chapter 8 of his book, Badaracco uses the story of Antigone to communicate its importance. In chapter 7 of the Kouzes and Posner text, Ken Blanchard offers a model of servant leadership framed by four domains: heart,head, habits, and hands. Think about and reflect on this model and yourself. Select two (2) of these domains: one (1) that matches yourstrongest leadership domain, and the one (1) that matches your weakest leadership domain. Provide reasons for your choices. In your response posts to your classmates, offer each other advice on how to improve. 300-400 words in APA format and if you use references please cite them correctly.
