- Name and describe the major communication breakdown that occurs in each of the two scenarios listed and state how each breakdown is tied to issues that you have read about or studied in this course?
- What ideas do you have for an action plan to improve communication skills in the more deficient group? Be specific in how you would carry out the action plan.
- Are there problems that occur in either group that we have not covered in this course? If so, please name those problems and how you could work to fix them.
