You are an employee relations manager and Hector, the marketing director who supervises 18 professionals and support staff, comes to you about a concern. Hector starts out describing the work environment and states that it requires a “collaborative environment where the professionals give work direction to the support staff.” Hector indicates that Dana, a professional on his team, has started dating a person on the support staff.
